پلاگینگ برای اولین بار در ایران،رشت به طور نیمه رسمی با حضور ۱۷۰ شرکت کننده ،در روز جمعه ۱۹ مرداد در باغ محتشم رشت برگزار شد. ناگفته نماند که سازمان پسماند، فروشگاه زنجیره ای احمدی و تولیدی ظروف یکبارمصرف گیاهی سوگاس همراه و حامی این رویداد بودند.
از الویت‌های ما برای برای اجرای این مسابقه می‌توان به نکاتی چند اشاره کرد. فرهنگ سازی، مطالبه‌گری و دغدغه‌مندی از جمله رسالت‌های موسسه سرزمین ایده آل ما می باشد.
همانطور که پیداست عنوان رویداد مسابقه پلاگینگ می باشد که کلمه مسابقه مشخصا به رقابت و جایزه منتج میشود. و در رابطه با کلمه پلاگینگ که سوال متداول همگانی بود،توضیحی داده خواهد شد.
رقابت در این حیطه از رقابت های مثبت  به شمار می رود که باید رواج داده شود. جایزه یا بها برای تلاش بیشتر، در واقع مشوق یا محرکی هست برای افراد که در مسیر همدل شدن و دغدغه‌مندی قرار بگیرند .
خوشبختانه  با همت و پشتکار جمعی از اعضای موسسه این رویداد به خوبی اجرا و با بازخوردهای خوبی مواجه شد.

پ.ن: پلاگینگ به معنای پاکسازی طبیعت همراه با ورزش هست  این مسابقه به دو شیوه اجرا می‌شود اول پاکسازی شهری و پاکسازی تریل. این دو از جهت تلاش و فشار ورزشی تفاوت دارند و به طبع پلاگینگ تریل بطور چشمگیرتری با ورزش عجین است.
در طی مسابقات پلاگینگ شهری توانایی افراد سنجیده میشود و درصورت تایید شدن در سنجش، به مرحله پلاگینگ تریل راه پیدا میکنند.

Plogging was held semi-officially for the first time in Iran, Rasht, with the presence of 170 participants, on Friday, August 9th, in Mohtsham Garden, Rasht.
The waste organization, Ahmadi chain store, and Sugas plant disposable tableware manufacturers were partners and sponsored this event.
Some of our priorities for running this competition can be mentioned. Cultivation, demand and concern are among the missions of our ideal land institute.
As it is considered, the title of the event is plogging contest, which clearly means competition and prize. And in relation to the word plogging, which was a common question of everyone, an explanation will be given.
Competition in this field is considered a positive competition that should be popularized. The prize or price for more effort is actually an incentive or stimulus for people to be empathetic and caring. Fortunately, with the hard work and perseverance of the members of the institution, this event was well executed and met with good feedback.

Plogging means cleaning nature along with exercise

T𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 of plogging: 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 plogging and 𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 plogging. These two disciplines differ in the level of athletic effort required, with trail plogging requiring significantly more.
Simply, during the session upload, if 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠. If all athletic parameters exceed these values, it will qualify for the trail plogging rankings.
